If anyone happens to be in the Philly area, I say skip Pat’s and Geno’s, and head across the river to Delran, NJ. I got used to this bakery during visits to my grandparent’s house, and no donuts I’ve had elsewhere have come anywhere near L&M. Dunkin’ Donuts? Like comparing McDonald’s to an expensive steakhouse. Krispy Kreme? Forget about it. It’s the kind of food that could almost make a die-hard Flyers fan forget who the Penguins even are. Almost.
