How is it that OS X still requires restarts for web browser upgrades in 2009??? And a small, incremental upgrade at that. If I remember right, I can upgrade from IE 6 or 7 to IE 8 without a restart, and I figure IE is still far more embedded into Windows than Safari/WebKit is into OS X…
